Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of Virginia's Piedmont, Montpelier offers nearly 2,700 acres of beautiful gardens, landmark forests, walking paths, and rolling hills dotted with Thoroughbreds.

The Visitor Center at James Madison's Montpelier, completed in the spring of 2007, boasts a luxurious Grand Salon, a smaller Café, a 60-seat theater, and spaces for outdoor tented events within view of the mountains. You can also host an event in front of James Madison's Temple, within the brick walls of the terraced Annie duPont Formal Garden, or on picnic tables by the steeplechase racecourse.

Montpelier can also accomodate up to 25 overnight guests for corporate functions in the residential cottages in the Constitutional Village.
